Why was my order canceled?
This can have various reasons.
PayPal as the payment method:
If you have chosen PayPal as your payment method and no payment is made within 2 hours, the order will be automatically canceled. This can occur when making payments via invoice or credit card due to a PayPal timeout.
If your payment has been canceled multiple times, you have the following options:
- Place the order again.
- Choose an alternative payment method to complete your order. We offer alternative payment options such as Amazon Pay or SOFORT.
